Born to Run....
Stop the press people, the High School are now in the running. With very able representation from head boy Daniel Buckingham, and the mighty, esteemed, and revered teacher Matthew Simonsen they could be considered hot favourites. Daniel will certainly be one to watch on the bike – having helped make most of the track we're expecting him to know the course better than the Jamaicans in Cool Runnings (p.s if you're young enough not to have seen this great 1993 movie we'd highly suggest you watch it!). Spending most of his free time either on a bike or a digger (living the dream of every 6 year old boy) he's certainly fit to it too! Matt meanwhile takes on the run – apparently in his own words he was "born to run", however we have a sneaking suspicion that Daniel may have tinkered with the entry form as the form also warned "don't stand down wind"…….. There is a rumour, however, that he has completed a half ironman. Get on board and support this superstar team from the high school!
